Need to have min of 2-3 of exp in the core domain technologies |

Should have flair for teaching |
| » |
Should have trained students within the capacity of either classroom/online/video conferencing for a min of 6-12 months |
| » |
Carrying out training needs analyses |
| » |
Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises |
| » |
Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment |
| » |
Delivering training program’s to trainee’s either in a group classroom setting, or online or on a one-to-one basis |
| » |
Supporting and coaching learners using online tools or self-learning packages |
| » |
Evaluating the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes |
| » |
Liaising with recruitment team, resource coordinators and sales team |
| » |
Taking responsibility for maintenance of hardware and software used for training purposes and recommending repairs and upgrades to management where appropriate |
| » |
Keeping up to date with relevant systems, software and online training technology |
| » |
Deal with administrative records as well as post training support |
| » |
Help student prepare with their resumes |
| » |
Assist trainee with the interview techniques, groom to attend interviews |
| » |
Should be flexible to work either during late evenings/nights or early mornings of IST |
| » |
Self motivated/committed |
| » |
Good communication and interpersonal skills |
